1. Bidding Process

All bids are final and cannot be changed or withdrawn after they are placed.

Make sure you are ready to purchase the item before bidding.

2. Winning the Auction

The highest bidder at the end of the auction time wins the item.

You will receive a confirmation message/email if you win.

3. Payment Terms

The winner must complete the payment within 24 hours.

We accept advance payment or Cash on Delivery (COD with 10% advance).

Failure to pay on time may lead to cancellation and a ban from future auctions.

4. Product Condition

All auction items are clearly marked as Open Box, Used, or New.

Please read the product description carefully before bidding.

5. No Returns or Exchanges

Auction items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

All sales are final.

6. Warranty & Replacements

We offer a 7-day checking warranty on all auction items.

If the product you receive is faulty or not as described in the listing, you will be eligible for a replacement.

7. TechRepublicPK Rights

We reserve the right to cancel, extend, or modify auctions at any time.

Users who misuse the bidding process will be banned from future auctions.
